You will notice that George W. Bush is the only President who did not see his portrait as important enough to dress up. Bush posed for this most important picture the same way he approached his job: Like one would approach the last hour of the work week. George W. Bush did not bother to put on a coat and tie for his Presidential portrait.
Bush joked that the crowd would be huge since he was being "hanged."
I can honestly write that I take parent-teacher conferences more seriously than George W. Bush does his Presidential portrait.
