The One Good Thing George Bush Did

I try to be honest here.
Sometimes I feel like Albert Goldmann, praising John Lennon for "I Am the Walrus,"
and nothing else. Or Dr. Laura "apologizing" to gays for calling them abominations in th eyes of the Lord. (I happen to think that label should apply to Stevie Nix's Christmas album, but you have to take what you can get.)
Here goes: The Global AIDS Relief Initiative. Bush 2 spent less than a tenth (about 15 billion) that was spent in the first Bailout, but that is still pretty good. So good job on that. Sorta.
